We offer an array for services to help complete your project. These range from Architectural design, Interior Design, Project management and general contracting for Single and multi-family dwellings, and Agricultural Buildings.
Design Stage One
Kick off meeting with clients to discuss the proposed project or can be in the office. We start by figuring out your key “needs” for a project. The more information I have will aid in the design process. This stage will develop into having preliminary floor plans for clients to review and discuss changes. Good chance to get to know each other and create a healthy discussion for future wants, needs and the “why” behind the project. A rough zoning compliance checklist will be completed to ensure project is allowable before moving forward.
Design Stage Two
Once we are satisfied with the preliminary floor plans we can now move onto Elevation drawings. Elevation drawings will show 4 view points of the project and give clients the first view of how the finished product will appear. Elevations views will show exterior siding and trim with window and door locations.
Design Stage Three
This stage will be creating and developing the Site plan which will show a birds eye view of the project. This stage is important as it will encompass our zoning compliance to City standards and regulatory bylaws.
Design Stage Four
Finalizing of drawings will result in cross section drawings and an applicable details to be added. This is the last stage in design and we have an open mind to confirm clients are over the moon with our design and work ethic so far! Printing of full size plans and help applying for building permits will be provided.
